I purchased the PPV, but I can't access the stream. What now?

Confirm that you are logged in with the exact same account and via the exact same method used to purchase the PPV. If the "Buy" button still shows, try logging out and logging back in again. Double-check your payment confirmation email for any purchase discrepancies. If the issue persists, contact customer support with your order number/email id with as much detail as possible.
There are 4 signup/login methods to ONE Championship systems
- Apple Signup
- Google Signup
- Meta/Facebook Signup
- Email+Password
These are all independent methods and will be considered as different accounts even if your email for them is the same. Always use one fixed method to sign in after having signed in with it. Your purchase will only be available on one account you made the purchase from.
Please avoid creating multiple accounts.
