Eligibility

Refunds are available for all PPV purchases made on watch.onefc.com that provided access to ONE 172. The refund application button will remain active until the end of 21 April 2025 (SGT).

Overview

There are three refund processes depending on your country and payment method. Please read the applicable section carefully.

  1. Global (Excluding Japan, Thailand, Indonesia)

    • Process:
      Refunds will be processed directly back to your original payment source.
    • Timeline:
      Most refunds are processed quickly; however, some methods may take up to 7–10 days.

  2. Indonesia
    • Card Purchases:
      Refunds will be processed seamlessly back to your card.

    • Other Payment Methods:
      After your purchase, a refund page or link will be provided. You will also get the link in your email.
      Steps:

      • You will need to enter your banking details.

      • Use the secret password provided in the payout email (note: this password is separate from your email verification process).

  3. Thailand
    • Card Purchases:
      Refunds will be processed seamlessly back to your card.

    • Other Payment Methods (eg: PromptPay QR, Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, Ewallets):
      You will be applying for a refund.

      Process:

      • A payout link will be sent to your email before the end of the next working day.

      • The email will include a Payout Link button and your unique secret password.

      • Click the payout link and enter your banking details along with the secret password.

      • Note: The payout link is valid for 72 hours from the time you receive it.

Important Reminder

Please double-check your bank name, account number, and the identified account holder name before submitting. ONE Championship will not be responsible for refunds if incorrect account details are confirmed.

Step-by-step Refund Guide

  1. Log In:
    Visit watch.onefc.com and log in using the same account you used to make the purchase.
    Do NOT create a new account with the same email address. Gmail, Facebook, Apple and Email/Password are all different accounts.


  2. Access Refund Option:

  3. Follow the On-Screen Instructions:

    • Watch the short video and click Next.

    • Answer the following questions as prompted.

    • Re-verify your account’s email:
      Click "Send Code" to receive a verification code via email, then enter the code and click "Authenticate".

  4. Select Refund Percentage:
    After authentication, choose the percentage of the refund you wish to receive. A full 100% refund is available if desired.

  5. Final Confirmation:
    Complete the final check to confirm that you understand the next steps. The appropriate refund process (as detailed above) will then be initiated.
